About 3•Café

Cathie Albrecht opened the 3•Café two years ago,  on the edge of “the X”, a shopping and eating district nestled between Forest Park and downtown Springfield, Massachusetts. Cathie had been running a successful bakery and catering business in Wales, MA, called Auntie Cathie’s Kitchen. Friends, clients and family kept asking – “When will you open a restaurant?” Eventually, Cathie’s passion for food led her to ‘the X’.

The 3•Café is a place to get great food, made with fresh and local ingredients and prepared with love.
